Love the ethos of these sandals thought the wide straps would stop my feet swelling. Realised as a wheelchair user the buckles on one foot were tricky to do unaided. So had to send them back, sadly! Perhaps, you could do vegan velcro ones sometime? Returns communication very helpful, bought through shop app.

Really like these sandals. They look great and the footbed is extremely comfortable though they are quite heavy. Love the fact they use recycled materials ( the reason I bought them). I have narrow feet and had to tighten the straps, and that has worked OK, but at first the buckle fixing was very uncomfortable- fixed that with some stick- on chiropody padding.

I love the idea of them, and the colour. However my feet are not the right shape for the construction and due to my age and physical needs my skin suppleness and walking gait does not suit the stiffness of the straps and height or level of flexibility of the sole. I was not organised enough to meet the return window so will find them a better-suited pair of feet one day on my own.

We use recycled PVC instead of virgin plastic or animal leather. It’s not perfect, but it’s a more responsible use of what already exists.

We’re not there yet - but we’re on our way to moving away from plastic completely and towards bio-based materials only. Our coconut fibre model is a start.
